Support is provided primarily for the applications software although our knowledge of Microsoft products allows us to work smoothly with your network support provider. We provide both online and telephone support services from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. Other arrangements can be made in advance. For a fast and efficient response to situations that may occur we ensure that a secure remote access facility is available from KSL to the clients systems.
