Appointment Announcement: Jim Baker Named President of New Agri-Food Division

Constellation Software Inc., ("CSI") parent company of UK based Cal Software Ltd ("Cal") and Kinross Software Ltd ("KSL"), is pleased to announce that Jim Baker has been appointed President of a new Agri-Food division within the CSI family of companies. This role addresses the need to provide mission-critical software and services to the agricultural and food supply chain.

Mr. Jim Baker brings over 25 years of agri-business experience in both crop and livestock production sectors throughout the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. A graduate of the University of Guelph, Mr. Baker has held leadership roles in sales and marketing, operations, human resources and corporate strategy throughout his career. Mr. Baker commences his new role in January 2010 working from his office in Calgary, Canada.
